💭默想：
1. 敬拜不只是喜樂時的讚美，也是在苦難中仍然轉向神、信靠神。此刻的我，可以用什麼樣的禱告或敬拜，向神表達「即使如此，我仍要仰望祢」？
2. 我的生命中是否有一些破碎，是神正在使用它，使我的敬拜不再只是外在的歌唱，而成為更深的降服與信靠？
