💭默想：
1. 馬可福音記載，耶穌的密室至少有三個：曠野、山上、客西馬尼園；你的密室在哪裡呢？當你在密室看見需要時，請問你有「走過去」嗎？
2. 耶穌在面對十字架時，祂獨自到密室親近神，神就加添給祂力量。請問最近什麼事，讓你的內心煎熬呢？你打算要怎麼面對呢？
